In-person Counselling in Squamish and Online Therapy throughout B.C.
I believe in the inherent strength and resilience of all human beings. I have had the privilege of witnessing the incredible human capacity to heal, grow, and transform from overwhelming or traumatic events. I am honoured to be in a role of collaboratively supporting others on their journey.
Trauma Therapy and EMDR Therapy Services
I specialize in trauma therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy services. My practice is based in authenticity, curiosity, respect, and connection.
I offer in-person therapy in Squamish, BC, and online throughout British Columbia. I am an experienced, occupationally aware, and trained clinician for first responders and Public Safety Personnel (PSP) being listed as a healthcare provider on the First Responder Health Directory. I am honoured to support those who serve our communities by fostering resilience and offering care around trauma and occupational stress.
Supporting Adults, First Responders, and Those Navigating Trauma and Stress
Alongside supporting those who have experienced childhood, developmental, complex, single-incident, critical incident, or occupational trauma and stress, I work with adults navigating a wide range of mental health experiences. These include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, alcohol and substance use, workplace and occupational stress, neurodivergence (including ADHD and learning differences), medical diagnoses or chronic pain, relationship ruptures, attachment injuries, family of origin challenges, parenting stressors, and family conflict. My approach integrates EMDR with trauma-informed and attachment-based care.
